Background
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is issuing this contract for HVAC repair services at their facility located at 726 S. Kihei Rd, Kihei, Hawaii, on the island of Maui. The facility consists of three buildings situated on approximately 1.3 acres of property, which includes office spaces, a community center, a visitor center, a bunk room, a classroom, and bathrooms.

The goal of this contract is to repair the HVAC system in the Classroom Building (CB) as mandated under statutory authority for facilities maintenance.

Work Details
The contractor will provide all labor, supplies, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to repair the CB HVAC system and restore its functionality. The specific requirements include:
1. Initial diagnostics indicating that the CB HVAC requires a new condenser coil installation.
2. Procurement and installation of a condenser coil suitable for a Mitsubishi system (Model: PUHY-P96TKMU-A-BS / 35W00059).
3. Replacement of existing refrigerant with an EPA-recommended charge to meet industry standards.
4. Post-installation monitoring of the system to ensure intended operation.
