NNMC - NPSC for General Surgery Nocturnist

Background
The Northern Navajo Medical Center is seeking non-personal health care services for General Surgery Nocturnist services. This solicitation is set aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) and may result in multiple awards to fulfill the requirement for two General Surgery Nocturnists.

The mission of the center is to provide quality health care services to the Native American population.

Work Details
The contractor will provide General Surgery Nocturnist services, which include:
- Regular Hours: 1,040 hours per contract period
- Call-Back Hours: 1,040 hours per contract period
- On-Call Hours: 1,412 hours per contract period.

This schedule applies to the Base Period and each of the four Option Periods, each lasting six months. The total estimated hours for each General Surgery Nocturnist during a six-month contract period are outlined in the Schedule of Items.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a Base Period of six months with four additional Option Periods, each also lasting six months.

Place of Performance
Northern Navajo Medical Center, US Hwy 491 North, Shiprock NM 87420.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be part of an Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE). Offerors are required to submit only qualified, applicable, and available full-time personnel. Any personnel submitted by multiple Offerors will not be considered for evaluation.

Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail)
The prior contract 75H71025P00427 awarded to Nativearc II (value $989,080; 03/13/25–03/31/26) includes General Surgery Nocturnist services, which appears directly aligned with the current requirement for non-personal General Surgery Nocturnist coverage at Northern Navajo Medical Center. Because the prior award is for the same specialty and nocturnist role, it likely represents a continuation of the same clinical coverage need under a similar staffing model.
