10/2/24 - This amendment replaces Attachment 9 - PECP PECP Pricesheet with an updated version titled Attachment 9 - NMCC PECP Pricesheet_REV1 and also adds Attachment 10 - NMCC Solicitation QA_2Oct24 to provide answers to the questions received prior to the closing of the Question period.

Background
The National Military Command Center (NMCC) is seeking facility maintenance services to ensure the operational readiness and functionality of its facilities.

The NMCC, part of the 844th Communications Squadron, plays a critical role in national defense and military operations. The goal of this contract is to provide comprehensive facility engineering support and project management to maintain the NMCC's infrastructure effectively.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing facility maintenance services which include:
1. Routine maintenance and repairs of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural components.
2. Facility engineering support to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
3. Project management for any upgrades or renovations needed within the NMCC facilities.
4. Regular inspections and assessments to identify maintenance needs proactively.
5. Coordination with NMCC personnel to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting operations.

Period of Performance
