NJARNG Military Funeral Honors Uniform Items

This solicitation, PANNGB-23-P-0000-012200, is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-04, effective 02 June 2023. This procurement is Set-Aside 100% for Small Business. The NAICS code is 315210 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. The government intends to evaluate quotes and make an award without discussions (except clarifications as described in FAR 15.306(a)). The basis for award is Price. The government intends to issue a single firm fixed price award.

Item Condition: New Item ONLY; NO remanufactured or gray market items.

For ASU coats and slacks/trousers, the government will accept serge or tropical materials as described in DA PAM 670-1, paragraphs 11-4 and 12-4.
