NJ015 Snow and Ice Removal Service

Background
The Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) is issuing this solicitation on behalf of the 99th Readiness Division DPW to procure Snow and Ice Removal Services. The goal of this contract is to ensure a clean workplace free of snow and ice at the Monmouth AFRC located at 338 Newman Springs Road, Red Bank, NJ, 07701-5639. This requirement is part of the agency's commitment to maintaining safe and accessible facilities for personnel and visitors.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, fuel, and other items necessary for snow and ice removal services as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The services include:
1. Snow removal from parking lots and entrances to bare pavement without leaving trailing windrows.
2. Ensuring visibility of parking lot curbs and catch basins.
3. Clearing all parking spaces for availability.
4. Maintaining contact with the COR/RFOS during operations and notifying them upon job completion for inspection.
5. Taking 'before and after' time-stamped pictures of serviced areas to verify work performed for invoice approval.
6. Adhering to quality control measures to ensure compliance with contract requirements.

Period of Performance
The period of performance consists of a 12-month base period followed by four optional 12-month periods.
