2. Debris and Waste Removal:
- Legal disposal of all demolition debris including concrete, wood, metal, and general trash generated from the structures.
- Clear miscellaneous trash scattered across the project yard.

3. Site Grading and Leveling:
- Remove subsurface footings to a minimum depth of 3 feet below final grade.
- Grade the site to a smooth surface free of holes or protrusions.
- Import clean fill dirt to level the land.

The period of performance for this contract is from August 31, 2026 to January 31, 2027.
