Background
The USDA Forest Service, through the National Interagency Fire Center, is issuing a contract for National Infrared Mapping End Product Agreements. The goal is to map large fires and new ignitions of wildfires using infrared technology.

Work Details
Contractors are required to provide infrared mapping services for large fire and new ignition mapping of wildfires.

Per Diem covers lodging and meals only when mapping a fire over several days; all other costs must be included in the flight rate.

Mobilization and demobilization must be accounted for within the flight hour rate, and vendors are responsible for logistics once an order is received. Any camera system that meets imagery specifications will be accepted, and vendors can bid on either or both line items.
