NIH IT Strategic Support Services

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), National Library of Medicine (NLM), Office of Acquisitions (OA) is seeking capabilities statements from small businesses holding General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Special Item Number (SIN) 54151S. The purpose of this contract opportunity is to provide Information Technology (IT) Strategic Support Services (ITSSS) to support the NIH in meeting government laws and regulations and optimizing technology for biomedical research. The contract will require maintaining qualified personnel, program/project management support, development and maintenance of plans, IT disposal and sanitization, and providing a Software Bill of Materials (SBOM). The period of performance is yet to be determined and will be added once the project schedule is completed/approved.
