NIH Fire Protection Services

The NIH has a recurring need for support to maintain, repair, and replace/upgrade multiple fire protection systems on its campus in Bethesda, Maryland. NIH facilities are equipped with various types of systems and all supporting appurtenances: Fire Alarms and Detection Systems, Fire Sprinkler Systems, Kitchen Hood Fire Suppression Systems, Special Agent Fire Suppression Systems, Campus-wide Network Reporting Systems, Kitchen Exhaust Systems, HVAC Systems, and Grease Trap Systems. NIH is seeking a contractor to provide all fire protection systems with required periodic maintenance, testing, adjustment, and service, as well as to maintain these critical systems, monitor their performance, and effect repairs when necessary.
