Background
The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is seeking facilities maintenance services under this contract. The purpose is to obtain the best quality facility maintenance services at flexible pricing, provide NIH building occupants optional levels of cleanliness, function, safety and allow for increases/decreases in the square footage and services based on budgetary resources.

Work Details
The Contractor shall furnish all necessary services, qualified personnel, material, equipment, and facilities to perform the Statement of Work. The work includes monthly progress reports, assessment and authorization (A&A), security assessment plan/report, independent assessment, contingency plan/test, e-authentication questionnaire, and physical access to government-controlled facilities. The Contractor is also responsible for safety at the construction or work site and must comply with applicable Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Regulations.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025.

Place of Performance
The contract work will be performed at various locations as required by the National Institutes of Health (NIH).
