Description

The Coast Guard intends to solicit, negotiate and award a sole-source procurement (under FAR authority 6.302) to TNVC Inc, 1050 Nevada St., Suite 405, Redlands, Ca. 92374 for the following:

Provide repairs and return of 14 NVGs L3 Harris Model No. BNVD 1531

Repairs to include:

Repair and Replacement of Dual Tube

Replacement of Roating Bridge, Part No. BNR-2040-A1

Replacement of Eyepiece Assembly, Part No. BNR-2020-A4

Replacement of L3 F9800 Gen3 Image Intensifier Tub

Replacement of L3 Harris Dovetail, Part No. BNG-335

Replacement of L3 Harris BNVD Screw Mounting Bracket, Part No. MHW004-1080AB

Any and all questions regarding this sources sought posting, shall be submitted in writing to the Contract Specialist at terry.e.craft@uscg.mil no later than 30 August 2024, 12:00 PM Pacific Time. Late questions may not be answered on time.

The NAICS Code for this procurement 811490. The contract type will be a firm-fixed price. If no responses are received with sufficient information to determine that another responsible source is available, negotiations will be conducted with TNVC Inc. Responses shall be in written form; either via fax or email. NO TELEPHONE INQURIES WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Background
The U.S. Coast Guard intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a sole-source procurement to TNVC Inc., located at 1050 Nevada St., Suite 405, Redlands, CA 92374. The purpose of this contract is to provide repairs and return of 14 Night Vision Goggles (NVGs), specifically the L3 Harris Model No. BNVD 1531. TNVC Inc. is recognized as a trusted source authorized to repair the U.S. Coast Guard's Night Vision Goggles, offering reliable repair times and excellent warranty terms.

Work Details
The contract includes the following repairs for the NVGs:
- Repair and Replacement of Dual Tube
- Replacement of Rotating Bridge, Part No. BNR-2040-A1
- Replacement of Eyepiece Assembly, Part No. BNR-2020-A4
- Replacement of L3 F9800 Gen3 Image Intensifier Tub
- Replacement of L3 Harris Dovetail, Part No. BNG-335
- Replacement of L3 Harris BNVD Screw Mounting Bracket, Part No. MHW004-1080AB.

Period of Performance
The repairs are required to be completed within Fiscal Year 2024.

Place of Performance
