Nifc Mobilization Parking Aggregate

Background
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is seeking to procure aggregate material and delivery services for the National Interagency Fire Center (NIFC) campus in Boise, Idaho. The goal of this contract is to support the expansion of a parking area located in a secured section of the campus. This initiative aligns with BLM's mission to manage public lands for multiple uses while ensuring safety and accessibility.

Work Details
The contractor will provide aggregate materials necessary for the construction of an expanded parking area. Deliveries will include various sizes/types of aggregate to facilitate the spreading and compaction of layers including sub-base, base, and surface. Specific requirements include:

- Delivery location: NIFC campus, Boise, ID (GPS Coordinates: 43°34’03.93” N, 116°12’44.79” W)
- Delivery hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM excluding Federal Holidays
- Delivery method: Conventional trucking methods (no side or end dump trailers)
- Each order must be scheduled with up to 48 hours lead time
- Invoices must be submitted through the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) after delivery with supporting documentation.
- Aggregate purchase for parking area categorized under Product/Service Code M1LZ.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from February 11, 2025, to March 31, 2025.

Place of Performance
All work will be performed at the National Interagency Fire Center located at 3833 S Development Ave, Boise, Idaho 83705.
