Background
The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is a component of the Department of Treasury that designs, engraves, and prints U.S. Currency banknotes and other U.S. security products. The BEP has a requirement to establish a single-award Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract to support the Nickel 'S' Pellets for its facilities located in Washington, DC and Fort Worth, TX.

Work Details
The contract involves the supply of Nickel 'S' Pellets with a purity of 99.95%. The specific requirements are as follows:
- Item: Nickel 'S' Pellets (99.95% purity)
- Quantity: 68 drums per ordering period
- Each drum weighs 300 pounds.
- There are five ordering periods:
- Ordering Period 1: 03/10/2026 – 03/09/2027
- Ordering Period 2: 03/10/2027 – 03/09/2028
- Ordering Period 3: 03/10/2028 – 03/10/2029
- Ordering Period 4: 03/10/2029 – 03/09/2030
- Ordering Period 5: 03/10/2030 – 03/09/2031.
- The minimum guaranteed amount for this IDIQ is $66,658.08, with a maximum aggregate order limitation not to exceed $3,332,190.40.

Place of Performance
Deliveries will be made to the Bureau of Engraving and Printing facilities located in Washington, DC and Fort Worth, TX.
