NIAID Professional, Scientific and Technical Support Services (PSTSS)   3

Background
The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), part of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) under the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), is seeking proposals for Professional, Scientific, and Technical Support Services (PSTSS).
The goal of this contract is to provide necessary services, qualified personnel, materials, equipment, and facilities to support NIAID's mission in allergy and infectious disease research.

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish all necessary services including but not limited to:
1. Reporting Requirements: All reports must be submitted electronically through the NIAID electronic Report Deliverable Submission (eRDS) Site. Reports must comply with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.
2. Technical Progress Reports: Regularly recurring reports detailing activities undertaken during the reporting period and planned activities for future periods will be required. The frequency and specific content will be determined prior to contract award.
3. Security and Privacy: The contractor must ensure that their information systems meet security requirements as per HHS IS2P, NIST SP 800-37, and other applicable guidelines. An Assessment and Authorization (A&A) package must be provided within 30 days post-award.
4. Deliverables: All deliverables specified in each Task Order must be delivered electronically to designated representatives at specified locations.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from June 1, 2025, through May 30, 2030.

Place of Performance
Bethesda, Maryland.
