The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is seeking a contractor to provide Clinical Data Management Services (CDMS) for the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), Office of Cyber Infrastructure and Computational Biology (OCICB). The contractor will be responsible for various tasks including Task Order Management, Clinical Research Support, Technical Support, Infrastructure Support, Communication and Collaboration Services, Service Provider management, User and Application Support, Network and Data Security management, Field Support, and Enterprise Storage Area Network Support. The contractor will also be required to provide monthly financial reports, other deliverables as requested by NIAID, documentation related to the work scope, and adhere to a specific delivery schedule. The contract period of performance will be for one Base Period with four one-year Options Periods, dependent upon Government availability of funds. Most of the contractor staff is expected to work offsite, with only the Program Manager and team leads required to be available for in-person meetings in the DC Metro area.
