Description

This task order award was issued in accordance with FAR 8.405-6 Limited sources. Justification: Carahsoft serves as the master government aggregator and distributor for Acquia, Inc. Acquia is the sole source provider for the National Institutes of Health. The Acquia Drupal platform is the only available platform that meets the Government's FedRAMP requirements for Drupal. NIAAA has a long term investment in running it's web applications on Drupal and web development contractors who specialize in working with Drupal. This investment has enabled NIAAA to develop dynamic, modern websites that support it's mission well. There is no other vendor that provides the mix of services that meets this requirement.
