Description

The purpose of this requirement is to acquire organizational support services for the successful navigation of a rapidly growing work environment. Services shall consist of multiple workshops to provide NIA employees and supervisors with tools to implement effective collaboration and building professional relationships with new staff. The requirement should also include a plan for a virtual retreat as well as strategic teambuilding and organizational development across DN branches. See SOW for complete details.
