Background
This solicitation is issued by the Naval Air Warfare Center in support of the Next Generation Jammer Mid-Band (NGJ-MB) Program. The goal of this contract is to procure the Pylon Rail System Assembly (PRSA), part number 4102AS1551-1, which is essential for the NGJ-MB program. The contract will be a Firm Fixed-Price, five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract, ensuring a steady supply of this critical equipment.

Work Details
The contractor will manufacture and deliver the Pylon Rail System Assembly (PRSA) (P/N: 4102AS1551-1). The IDIQ contract guarantees a minimum quantity of one PRSA with a maximum quantity of 27 over its duration. The delivery orders will be structured as follows:

- Year 1: CLINs 1001-1003, 10 units maximum
- Year 2: CLINs 2001-2003, 10 units maximum
- Year 3: CLINs 3001-3003, 5 units maximum
- Year 4: CLINs 4001-4003, 1 unit maximum
- Year 5: CLINs 5001-5003, 1 unit maximum.

Data Deliverables will also be required with each delivery order. The contractor must comply with various military standards for quality assurance and packaging, including MIL-STD-130N for identification marking and MIL-STD-2073 for military packaging.

Period of Performance
The contract will span five years from the date of award, with specific ordering periods defined for each year.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to designated locations as specified in the delivery orders issued under this IDIQ contract.
