The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) has awarded a Firm Fixed Price Modification for Low Rate Initial Production (LRIP) Lots 6 and 7. The modification to Contract N00019-19-C-0008 was awarded 10 February 2026. The modification was not awarded competitively. The modification was awarded in accordance with the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition, title 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, which states that only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
