NG SEW Hardware Components - Amendment   3

Background
The contract is issued by the Joint Manufacturing Technology Center – Rock Island Arsenal (JMTC-RIA) to procure Next Generation Shop Equipment Welding (NG SEW) Hardware Components. The mission of this contract is to enhance the Army's field and sustainment welding and cutting capabilities through the provision of commercial components that will be integrated into the NG SEW system, which is designed to improve operational efficiency.

Work Details
The contractor is required to deliver a complete kit of NG SEW Hardware Components as specified in Attachment 0003 - Hardware Components Parts List. The kit must include all parts and quantities listed in the Technical Data Package (TDP). All items must meet required specifications according to the drawings or component numbers and may be subject to a Technical Review for approval or rejection.

The ordering periods are divided into five segments:
1) date of award to 365 days,
2) 366 days to 730 days,
3) 731 days to 1,095 days,
4) 1,096 days to 1,460 days, and
5) 1,461 days to 1,825 days. Quality control measures include inspections at the vendor's facility prior to shipment, with a requirement for Certificates of Conformance (CoC) for all materials. The contractor must maintain a sequential kit number list throughout the contract duration.

Period of Performance
The period of performance spans from the date of award up to a maximum of 1,825 days depending on the ordering period.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to the Joint Manufacturing Technology Center – Rock Island Arsenal.
