Background
The Naval Foundry and Propeller Center (NFPC), a detachment of the Norfolk Naval Shipyard, is responsible for the design, manufacture, and repair of propellers for the US Navy. This contract is aimed at procuring PEEK fasteners to support Columbia Class production kits, ensuring that NFPC can effectively carry out its manufacturing operations.

Work Details
The contract involves the procurement of PEEK Cable Tray Fasteners with specific requirements as follows:
- **CLIN 0001**: 160 Fastener, Cable Tray, Drawing 154315 Rev D - Delivery within 60 days after award.
- **CLIN 0002**: 160 Fastener, Cable Tray, Drawing 154315 Rev D - Delivery by January 30, 2027.

- Material specifications include: 40% Carbon-Filled PEEK injection molding material with a minimum ultimate strength of 45 KSI and minimum axial modulus of 5.5 MSI. The fasteners must undergo testing and inspections as per the applicable drawing's Inspection, Tolerance, and Test Notes. Packaging must adhere to Preservation and Packaging Notes in the drawing. A certification package (CDRL A001) must be provided upon delivery, including material certifications and testing results.

Period of Performance
Delivery for CLIN 0001 is required within 60 days after award; CLIN 0002 is due by January 30, 2027.

Bidder Requirements
