Nez Perce National Forest Gold Hill vault toilet

Background
The Nez Perce National Forest is seeking contractors for the installation of a vault toilet at the Gold Hill trailhead, located approximately 80 miles south of Spokane, WA. The goal of this contract is to provide necessary sanitation facilities to enhance visitor experience and ensure environmental compliance in the area. The project is part of the USDA Forest Service's efforts to maintain and improve public access to natural resources.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:

1. Mobilization to the site;
2. Fabrication and installation of a single concrete vault toilet at the Gold Hill trailhead.

The contractor must begin performance within 10 calendar days after receiving the award and complete it within 270 calendar days after receiving notice to proceed. Additionally, any required performance and payment bonds must be furnished by the contractor.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from September 5, 2025, to June 30, 2026.
