Nexyn Corporation Oscillators, Brand Name, No Substitutions

Background
The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order for proprietary items from Nexyn Corporation. These parts are the only ones tested and proven to be Fleet ready, with all current maintenance and operational instructions applicable only to these parts. Current operators are trained specifically on these parts, and using alternatives would necessitate extensive document revisions and retraining. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside as concurred by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business Programs.

Work Details
The contract includes two offers: Offer A and Offer B. Both offers require the following items:

- CLIN 0002: Channel 2 Oscillator, Part # NXPLOS-I-2200-04309, Qty: 3

**Offer B Requirements:**
- CLIN 0003*: Channel 1 Oscillator, Part # NXPLOS-I-1525-04309, Qty: 6
- CLIN 0004*: Channel 2 Oscillator, Part # NXPLOS-I-2200-04309, Qty: 6
- CLIN 0005*: Channel 1 Oscillator, Part # NXPLOS-I-1525-04309, Qty: 12
- CLIN 0006*: Channel 2 Oscillator, Part # NXPLOS-I-2200-04309, Qty: 12
(*Options may or may not be exercised within one year of the award date at the unilateral discretion of the government.) Delivery is F.O.B. Destination to Newport, RI with a desired delivery date of January 15, 2027.

Bidder Requirements
This opportunity is a Small Business Set Aside - Total (SBA). Offerors must provide proof of being an authorized reseller of Nexyn Corporation products. Additionally, compliance with CMMC Level 2 (Self) is required prior to award for any contractor information system that will process Federal contract information or controlled unclassified information during contract performance.
