The U.S. Army Project Manager Command & Control Infrastructure (PM C2I), Product Manager Mounted Command & Control (PdM MC2), and the Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground is conducting market research to request industry's feedback regarding Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) or Non-Developmental Items (NDIs) that are readily available as potential solutions for Mounted Vehicle Hubs.

The Mounted Command and Control Hub has a heritage in the development performed under the Mounted Mission Command Transport program and builds upon those capabilities and lessons learned. These hubs will serve as the focal point through which the Next Generation Command and Control (NGC2) layers pass through on mounted platforms. The hubs shall enable apps and data access to network and transport layers and facilitate communications with other mounted platforms as well as dismounts and other stationary locations.

THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION: This Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely for information and planning purposes it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation, Invitation for Bid, or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This request for information does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. The Government is not seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Respondents are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in responding to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested parties' expense. Proprietary information shall NOT be submitted. The Government shall not be liable for, or suffer, any consequential damages for any improperly identified proprietary information.

Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if issued. If an RFP is released, it will be synopsized on the Sam.gov website. It is the responsibility of the interested party to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this requirement. All material submitted in response to this RFI must be unclassified.

Background
