Background
The Navy Exchange Service Command (NEXCOM) Ships Stores Program aims to enhance the quality of life for sailors at sea by providing essential products through stores on Navy ships. This contract is intended to acquire vending machines and training related to their operation, ensuring that sailors have access to food, drinks, snacks, hygiene products, and other necessary items while deployed.

Work Details
The contractor is required to furnish vending machines and all necessary supplies, parts, and equipment. The specific items include:

1. **Vending Machines**:
- **Quantity**: 1 Lot
- **Specifications**: Brand name commercial items intended for resale as required by NEXCOM Ships Store Program.
- **Delivery Terms**: FOB Destination.

2. **Training Classes**:
- **Quantity**: 1 Lot
- **Details**: 30 training classes per year.
- **Delivery Terms**: FOB Destination.

3. **Quarterly Usage Reports**:
- **Quantity**: 20 Each
- **Details**: Quarterly Usage Report required every 3 months of contract performance in accordance with the Specification Sheet.

Period of Performance
The ordering period for this contract is from February 14, 2025, through February 13, 2030.

Delivery locations include various naval bases across the United States including but not limited to Jacksonville and Mayport in Florida; Kings Bay in Georgia; Mobile in Alabama; Pensacola in Florida; New Orleans in Louisiana; Pascagoula in Mississippi; Ingleside in Texas; Alameda, Concord, Oakland, San Francisco Bay Area and Richmond in California; Portland in Oregon; Bremerton, Everett and Seattle in Washington; Pearl Harbor in Hawaii; Bath in Maine; Baltimore in Maryland; Boston in Massachusetts; Earle in New Jersey; Philadelphia in Pennsylvania; Little Creek, Newport News, Norfolk, Portsmouth and Yorktown in Virginia.
