NEXCOM Ships Store Supplies

Background
The Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk (NAVSUP FLC Norfolk) is seeking to acquire brand name commercial items intended for resale as required by the NEXCOM Ships Store Program. The program is designed to provide quality of life products for sailors at sea through stores on Navy ships. The contractor will be responsible for providing all supplies, parts, and equipment needed to acquire and ship the items to various zones, including Japan, San Diego, California, Pacific Northwest, Hawaii, Guam, Norfolk, Virginia, Export, Mayport, Florida, and Diego Garcia.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide a technical submission demonstrating a complete understanding of and capability to provide all supplies detailed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Additionally, the contractor must provide signed proof/verification of the required certification from the manufacturer to resell the brand name supplies as identified in the PWS. The contractor must also address small business participation approach in a separate volume. The price proposal volume should include completed solicitation documents and additional supporting documentation such as a pricing spreadsheet for each year of the supplies as well as a total for all five years of the ordering period. Quarterly usage reports are required throughout the contract period. The contractor must ensure that prohibited packing materials are not used and comply with specific marking requirements for shipments. Furthermore, the contractor must submit invoices with specific details and comply with certain provisions related to forced labor from XUAR.

Period of Performance
The ordering period shall continue in effect during the period ending 66 months after the date of contract award.

Place of Performance
The items shall be supplied to various zones including Japan, San Diego, California, Pacific Northwest, Hawaii, Guam, Norfolk, Virginia, Export, Mayport, Florida, and Diego Garcia.
