Background
The Embassy of the United States of America is seeking quotations for the procurement of a New Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV). The goal of this contract is to award a single purchase order for the required vehicle, which will be utilized by the embassy in Kuala Lumpur.

Work Details
The contract involves the delivery of 1 unit of a tax-exempted, right-hand drive, four-wheel drive (4WD) Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) with the following specifications:

- Seating Capacity: Seven (7) with combination leather seats and seatbelts front and rear.
- 2nd row seats: 60:40 Split-fold with sliding and reclining function.
- 3rd row seats: 50:50 Split-fold with reclining function.
- Exterior Color: Black.

The delivery date for the vehicle is June 15, 2026.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must have valid and active registration at the time of proposal submission for contracts above $40,000 USD. Only contractors with a valid UEI number will be qualified for contract awards above this threshold.

The prior closely related award 19MY3024P0650 was awarded to Sisma Auto (Kl) Sdn Bhd for $72,594 (09/04/24–11/29/24) for an “ICE/HSI - Sport Utility Vehicle.” The current requirement is also for the procurement of a new right-hand drive, 4WD SUV with similar vehicle-type scope and delivery to the U.S. Embassy Kuala Lumpur, suggesting the prior purchase may be a continuation of the embassy’s recurring SUV acquisition needs.
