Description

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Installation Contracting Office, West Point, NY (MICC WP) is issuing this SOLICITATION W911SD-25-R-0009 for the POST WIDE MASONRY at West Point, NY. The Solicitation W911SD-25-R-0009 is replacing Solicitation W911SD-24-R-0131 for the Post Wide Masonry at West Point, NY.

This requirement will be a 100% set aside for Small Business concerns under NAICS code 238140, Masonry Contractors, size standard is $19,000,000.00 and FSC/PSC of Z1JZ.

  • In order to be eligible for award, business must be registered as a Small Business under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at sam.gov.
  • Please verify that both your UEI #, Cage Code are current and valid in the System for Award Management (SAM).
  • The deadline for question (RFIs) submission was due by 19 November 2024 at 12 pm Eastern Standard Time for Solicitation W911SD-24-R-0131. The close of the Request for Proposal (RFP) has been changed to 12 December 2025 at 12:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST). The RFP's are due no later than 12 December 2024 by 12 pm Eastern Standard Time.

Offerors are reminded to carefully review solicitation documents issued as criteria is stated in the solicitation and shall govern.

In addition, all offerors must incorporate their prices into the SF 1442 Solicitation W911SD-25-R-0009 for the Post Wide Masonry and send an Excel Spreadsheet with the pricing for Solicitation W911SD-25-R-0009 for the Post Wide Masonry.

Background
The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Installation Contracting Office, West Point, NY (MICC-WP) is issuing this solicitation W911SD-25-R-0009 for the Post Wide Masonry at West Point, NY. This requirement is a 100% set aside for Small Business concerns. The solicitation W911SD-25-R-0009 replaces Solicitation W911SD-24-R-0131 for the same project.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, and supervision to perform masonry repairs and restoration at the United States Military Academy, West Point, NY. The scope includes:

1. Demolition of joints and concrete caps.
2. Removal of cap stones.
3. Removal of concrete precast/limestone caps.
4. Cleaning debris away from joints.
5. Repointing joints (flat and tooled).
6. Replacement of coping stones (both government furnished and contractor furnished).
7. Replacement of concrete precast/limestone caps.
8. Cleaning after repointing.
9. Stone masonry replacement as needed.
10. Resetting loose stones.
11. Capstone pinning.
12. Removal and installation of various masonry elements including handrails and drainage systems.
13. Installation of blue stone pavers and step treads.
14. Various cleaning tasks including structure cleaning at different heights and turf restoration.
