NEW Sleep Center Surveillance Camera System

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, specifically the Central Texas Veterans Health Care System, is seeking a contractor to provide a new surveillance camera system for the Central Texas Sleep Center. The goal of this contract is to enhance security and monitoring capabilities at the facility, ensuring safety for patients and staff.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide and install a comprehensive surveillance camera system at the Central Texas Sleep Center located at 3401 Kaydence Court, Killeen, TX 76542. The scope includes:
- Installation of 25 cameras (16 inside & 9 outside).
- Removal and disposal of the existing system.
- Programming all points with the Monitoring Center and testing for functionality.
- Providing a one-year warranty on maintenance and repairs.
- Annual maintenance and monitoring services for four additional option years.

Period of Performance
Base period plus four option years; installation expected to be completed within 90 days from Notice To Proceed.
