Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VHA Caregiver Support Program has awarded Contract No. 36C24524C0021 to Canary Health, ABK Ventures, Inc. for a four (4) year fixed price award. One base year period (12 months) with 3 option year periods (not to exceed 12 months individually). The total contract award was $7,494,000.00 with a first year base period of $1,603,500.00.
