This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. All responsible source(s) solicited may submit a quote that shall be considered. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a quote. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses that are in effect in the Federal Acquisition Regulation and applicable supplements on the date this solicitation was issued. In order to be considered for award, vendor must adhere to all quotation requirements detailed herein. Submit written quotes in accordance with all aspects of this Request for Quote (RFQ).

This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-02 effective 3/16/2023, and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) effective 3/22/2023.

The NAICS code for this requirement is 722320 Caterers with a small business size standard of $9M. The Product Service Code (PSC) designation is S203 Housekeeping: Food.

Evaluation of the quote will be based on Price and Technical Capability; award will be made to the vendor whose response represents the Best Value to the government. **NOTE** Please see the FAR clause 52.212-2 Evaluation Commercial Products and Commercial Services for full evaluation information and included addendum.

Quotations received after solicitation close and/or incomplete quotations that do not contain all of the stated solicitation submittal requirements will not be considered for award. Vendor quotations shall be valid for at least 15 days after the solicitation close date.

Requirement Description: The Nevada National Guard requires catered meals at the Nevada Army National Guard Las Vegas Readiness Center at various dates from 5-23 June 2023.

Breakfast meals are required for 80 Servicemembers on June 5, 2023.

Lunch meals are required for 110 Servicemembers on June 17, 2023.

Lunch meals are required for 110 Servicemembers on June 19, 2023.

Lunch meals and Dinner meals are required for 85 Servicemembers on June 20, 2023.

Breakfast meals and Dinner meals are required for 85 Servicemembers on June 21, 2023.

Breakfast meals are required for 85 Servicemembers on June 22, 2023.

Lunch meals are required for 85 Servicemembers on June 23, 2023.
