Neurocognitive Assessment Testing (NCAT) and Support Services   2

This is a Pre-solicitation Notice of Intent. The Health Readiness Contracting Office, Joint Base San Antonio, Fort Sam Houston, TX intends to award a single firm-fixed price contract for Neurocognitive Assessment Testing (NCAT) and Support Services for the U.S. Army Medical Command's neurocognitive assessment program for all Department of Defense (DOD) agencies (Army, Navy/Marine Corps, and Air Force) and the U.S. Coast Guard.

The services have been determined to be commercial in nature. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 541611 Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services and the small business size standard is $16.5 million.

This requirement will be awarded using competitive procedures and will be procured as a 100% 8(a) Set-Aside. The solicitation W81K04-22-R-0005, will be issued as a Request for Proposal on or about 21 January 2022 and will be posted electronically on System for Award Management Website (https://sam.gov). No hard copies will be available.

Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. All responsible sources may submit a proposal that shall be considered by the Agency. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a proposal in response to the solicitation once posted, must have a Commercial and Government Entity code and be registered in the System for Award Management database.
