Network Support Services Bridge Contract

Background
The Defense Health Agency (DHA) is responsible for providing comprehensive health services to military personnel and their families.

The Network Support Services (NSS) Bridge Contract aims to ensure the continuity of IT network support services while transitioning to a new task order under the Geographic Service Provider (GSP) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts. This bridge contract is necessary due to delays caused by protests and corrective actions related to the initial GSP contract awards.

Work Details
The NSS Bridge Contract includes a range of IT support services essential for maintaining the DHA Network. Key tasks include:
- Full integration of local support into the New DHA Integrated Enterprise Support Model.
- Desk side support and remote or onsite troubleshooting.
- Onsite IT touch labor and local IT support program/project management.
- Network security and infrastructure assurance activities, including Risk Management Framework and Authority to Operate (ATO) support.
- Video teleconferencing support and assistance.
- DHHQ site asset management activities.
- Limited network/systems engineering support as required.

This contract will extend existing services for six months, ensuring no lapse in critical network capabilities during the transition period.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this bridge contract is from November 1, 2024, through January 31, 2025, with an option extending from February 1, 2025, through April 30, 2025.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at various Defense Health Headquarters (DHHQ) sites.
