Background
This acquisition is for brand name Cisco Network Equipment for the managed data centers in Albuquerque, NM and Rockville, MD. The data centers support the agency mission by hosting administrative and health IT applications used to support day-to-day operation across the IHS. The IHS is issuing this small-business set-aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) competitive Request for Quotation (RFQ) to solicit brand name Cisco resellers for the purpose of entering into a single Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. This solicitation is being issued under the authority of Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

Work Details
The Office of Information Technology (OIT) requires this acquisition to procure brand name Cisco Network Equipment to replace equipment reaching their lifecycle periods. The Contractor shall provide the brand name Cisco Network Equipment as specified in Attachment #1 – Requirements Document. Vendor either must be an authorized Cisco reseller or must have a teaming arrangement in place with an authorized Cisco resellers, capable of providing the necessary brand name Cisco Network Equipment for this requirement. All items being requested in this RFQ are Brand Name only.
