Network C4 Services Integration Services (NC4SI)

The Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQDA) Deputy Chief of Staff (DCS) G-6 requires support for Network Command, Control, Communications, and Computers (C4) Services Integration (NC4SI) Services tasks that implement Army Regulation (AR) 25-1: Army Information Technology (dated 15 July 2019) and its governing Department of Defense (DoD) Directives and instructions. This is a non-personal services task order to provide planning, analytical, operational, and technical services to NC4SI. The functions of the NC4SI directorate are executed at the Department of the Army level and require not only expertise, but significant staffing experience to support other services, as well as subordinate organizations. The required contractor support will not perform inherently governmental functions, and oversight will be provided by a trained Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). Contractor personnel will provide recommendations to the DCS,G-6 on ways to align, synchronize, modernize, and converge technology and business management for the purpose of ensuring better execution, risk control, and efficiencies for the Army. Most of the work will be performed at Ft. Belvoir, Virginia with some travel requirements, and will be outlined in the Fair Opportunity Request and PWS. Virtual Industry Day: ACC-RI will facilitate a virtual industry day to any interested Alliant 2 vendors on Thursday, 16 February 2023 from 11:00 AM - 14:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (ET). There will be an opportunity to hear a brief of the NC4SI requirement by the requiring activity (DCS, G6), ask questions, and receive answers.
