NETC HVAC Maintenance

This contract is for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) condition assessment and one-time repairs for the Naval Education and Training Command (NETC) facilities onboard Naval Base Point Loma (NBPL) and Naval Base San Diego (NBSD). The contractor is to provide a condition assessment and provide corrective maintenance and refurbishment services for NETC HVAC facilities, facility systems and utilities, including direct digital control capabilities (where installed), and to provide complete and fully functional NETC HVAC systems. Only one contractor under this NAICS code was found to have the appropriate secret clearance necessary to perform work at the work site.
