Background
The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Rock Island District is issuing a construction requirement for the Mississippi River Basin Navigation and Ecosystem Sustainability Program, specifically for the MVR Southern Mooring Cells at Lock and Dam 20 & 22.

This project aims to enhance navigation and ecosystem sustainability in the Mississippi River Basin.

Work Details
The scope of work includes various construction tasks at Lock and Dam No. 20 and Lock and Dam No. 22, detailed as follows:
- Mobilization and Demobilization (1 JOB each for both locks)
- Mechanical Dredging/Excavation (311 CY for Lock 20; 1,272 CY for Lock 22)
- Sheetpile installation (2,077 LF for Lock 20; 2,807 LF for Lock 22)
- Mooring Cell Construction (1 JOB each for both locks)
- Concrete work (2,008 CY for Lock 20; 3,173 CY for Lock 22)
- Bedding Stone (1,105 TONs first batch; additional 325 TONs over that limit for Lock 20; no specific quantity mentioned for Lock 22)
- Rip Rap installation (2,704 TONs first batch; additional 795 TONs over that limit for Lock 20; no specific quantity mentioned for Lock 22).
