NESA Executive Seminar Interpretation Services

Background
The Washington Headquarters Services (WHS), Acquisition Directorate (AD) is issuing this request for quote (RFQ) for NESA Executive Seminar 02-25 Interpretation Services.

This acquisition will support the Near East South Asia Center (NESA) for Strategic Studies, which is responsible for developing civilian and military specialists from the Near East and South Asia through professional seminars tailored to meet the needs of mid-to-upper level military and civilian officials in national security policy and strategy planning.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform simultaneous interpretation services for the NESA Executive Seminar.

Key tasks include:
- Providing interpretation and on-site support at Fort McNair, NESA Center from December 6 to December 13, 2024.
- Setting up and dismantling equipment.
- Operating, troubleshooting, and repairing any issues with the equipment as needed.
- An on-site technician is required from December 6 to December 9-13, 2024.
- Conducting simultaneous interpretation testing on all interpreters prior to contract performance.
- Substituting interpreters if necessary while adhering to the same requirements as listed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from December 6, 2024, to December 13, 2024.

Place of Performance
Fort McNair, NESA Center, Washington D.C. area.
