NECC Smal Boat (34PB0815) SERM-SBL1-0001 (Solicitation)   2

Background
The Southeast Regional Maintenance Center (SERM) is issuing Request For Proposal N4002724R0012 as a Small Business Set Aside to solicit sources capable of supporting an overhaul on NECC Small Boat 34PB0815.
The goal of this contract is to provide maintenance, modernization, upgrade, alteration, overhaul, and repair services for the Navy Expeditionary Combat Command (NECC) 34 Foot Patrol Boat.

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish management, material support services, labor, supplies, and equipment necessary to accomplish the following tasks:
1. Prepare for and accomplish the Regular Overhaul (ROH) onboard NECC SMALL BOAT 34PB0815 as described in SSP: SBL1-25-0001.
2. Provide DoD unique identification or a DoD recognized unique identification equivalent.
3. Transport/tow the patrol boat and associated equipment from Maritime Expeditionary Security Squadron TEN (MSRON 10) to the contractor’s facility and return upon completion of work.
4. Use the Navy Maintenance Database (NMD) for submission of reports such as Condition Found Reports (CFR), Integrated Production Schedules (IPS), Test and Inspection Plans (TIP), etc.
5. Maintain clean and safe facilities compliant with OSHA regulations, including providing a fenced and secure area for storage of materials and equipment.
6. Perform inspections and testing as required during the overhaul process, ensuring all systems are operational post-repair.

Period of Performance
The period of performance will be determined upon contract award but will encompass the time required to complete all specified tasks related to the overhaul of the NECC Small Boat 34PB0815.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed within a 50-mile radius of Naval Station Mayport, Mayport, FL.
