Background
The solicitation is for a Construction Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for maintenance, repair, and construction services in support of the National Guard activities in the State of Nebraska. The contract will have a five calendar year ordering period with a total individual task order limit of $38M. The action is being solicited as a total small business set-aside. The contracting officer may set-aside an individual task order for other socio-economic programs. Work Details
The contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, appliances, materials, expertise, and supervision necessary for various maintenance, repair, and construction task orders for the Nebraska National Guard. The work under these contracts will include construction, repair, and alteration of various facilities; electrical systems; mechanical systems such as HVAC systems; fire suppression systems; roof installation and repair; concrete and/or asphalt paving.
Each resulting contract will have a five-year ordering period with a ceiling amount of $38 million for all task orders awarded over the life of the MATOC program among all contracts awarded. The minimum and maximum values for a single Task Order are $2,000 and $10 million respectively.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract is from 01-SEP-2024 to 31-AUG-2029.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at various National Guard locations throughout the State of Nebraska.
