NDAA Broadband Internet Services

Background
The Air Force Test Center (AFTC), Operational Contracting Division, located at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida, is issuing this solicitation to establish a contract for Broadband Internet Services. This initiative is part of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year 2025, which mandates access to broadband internet services for certain members of the armed forces.

The goal of this contract is to provide managed WiFi services to enhance connectivity for unaccompanied housing facilities.

Work Details
The contractor shall deliver and install a Managed WiFi system for buildings 820, 822, 831, 833, 835, 854, 855, 875, 877, and 879 at the 96 CEG Dormitory Campus. This includes providing services for a total of 766 rooms and 10 common areas. All equipment must be new and conform to specified quality standards without defects affecting safety or serviceability.

The contractor is responsible for all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, tools, and compliance with safety regulations necessary for the installation. Additionally, all contractor personnel must provide personal identification information and may be subject to background checks.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a specified period as outlined in the Statement of Work dated May 13, 2026.

Bidder Requirements
Offerors must clearly identify their business size status within their quotations. The successful contractor shall also maintain registration in Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) for electronic invoicing and payment processing. All contractor personnel must provide a Social Security number and valid identification; those with adverse histories may not be permitted on the installation.
