ND TEWAUKON NWR - Small Home Supply and Delivery

Background
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) is issuing this solicitation for the ND Tewaukon National Wildlife Refuge (NWR) to procure small home supply and delivery services.

The goal of this contract is to provide necessary supplies and installation services for tiny homes, which will support the agency's mission of conserving fish, wildlife, and their habitats.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Supply and deliver small home installations as per the attached statement of work.
2. Ensure that all doors throughout the homes are 32 inches wide.

The contractor must demonstrate technical capability, past performance, and price competitiveness in their proposal. The evaluation will consider compliance with specifications, proposed manufacturing and delivery approaches, and ability to support government inspections.

Period of Performance
The contract period of performance is from July 15, 2026, to December 1, 2026.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the ND Tewaukon National Wildlife Refuge.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must meet the following requirements:
1. Small Business Set Aside - Total (SBA).
2. Demonstrated technical capability in providing tiny homes that meet solicitation requirements.
3. Past performance evaluation may be conducted using information from CPARS and FAPIIS.
4. Compliance with all required specifications outlined in the solicitation.
