Background
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) is issuing a solicitation for the procurement of a 30' Hydraulic Dovetail Trailer for the Tewaukon National Wildlife Refuge.

The mission of the FWS is to conserve, protect, and enhance fish, wildlife, and plants and their habitats for the continuing benefit of the American people. The goal of this contract is to acquire a trailer that meets specific technical specifications to support the operations at the refuge.

Work Details
The contract requires the delivery of one (1) 30' Hydraulic Dovetail Trailer with the following specifications:
- 30 ft trailer with 9 dovetail
- Two (2) 10,000 pound single axles
- Pierced beam construction
- Torque tube
- Treated floor
- Two chain boxes
- Painted undersides
- Spare tire and wheel.

Additionally, acceptance of two trade-ins is a condition of award: a 2002 25' ABU Gooseneck Trailer and a 2005 16' ABU Trailer (which includes a non-potable water tank and pump). Pictures of each trade-in are attached to the solicitation.

Period of Performance
Delivery is required by July 31, 2024.

Place of Performance
The trailer will be delivered to Tewaukon National Wildlife Refuge located at 9754 143-1/2 Avenue SE, Cayuga, ND 58013-9764.
