Background
The Naval Construction Training Center (NCTC) in Gulfport, Mississippi, is a naval shore activity operating under the Commanding Officer of the Naval Construction Battalion Center (NCBC) Gulfport. The purpose of this contract is to provide maintenance and repair services for ice machines located within the NCTC facilities. This non-personal services contract aims to ensure that contractor personnel perform their duties independently while adhering to established performance work standards.

Work Details
The contractor will provide maintenance and repair services for eight (8) MANITOWOC ice machines located in various buildings within a one-mile radius of NCTC Gulfport. The specific locations and details of the ice machines are as follows:

4. Bldg. 67, Inside Sheet Metal Lab - Model: IYT04501-161, Serial No: 1121130650
5. Bldg. 71, Inside Lab - Model: IYT0450A-161, Serial No: 1121130651
6. Bldg. 372, Storage Building - Model: IYT0450A-161, Serial No: 1121130646
7. Bldg. 441, Student Lounge Dispenser - Model: IYT0450A-161, Serial No: 1121130648
8. Bldg. 315, Student Barracks – North Side - Model: ID0452A-161, Serial No: 1101164217.

The contractor is responsible for all labor, tools, and equipment necessary for servicing these machines including cleaning and sanitizing per NAVMED P-5010 standards at least four times a year.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is one base year from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026 with four option years extending through June 30, 2030.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at various buildings within the Naval Construction Training Center (NCTC), located at 5510 CBC 8th Street, Gulfport, Mississippi.
