The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP), Norfolk, VA, intends to award a Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) contract action based on a combination of price and other factors for Information Technology supplies to support the Classified Coalition Network in the United States Fleet Forces Command.

The internal RFQ number is N00189-17-T-0099. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-94 (effective 19 January 2017) and DFARS Publication Notice 20161222 (effective 22 December 2016). In accordance with FAR 5.102(a)(6), the required justification and documentation is attached. All Quoters shall be authorized distributors of NCS Technologies, Inc.

The Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing information technology (IT) Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), NCS Technologies Zero-Client Hardware.

One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to Free Trade Agreements.

Delivery is required on or before March 1, 2017.

Delivery is FOB Destination. Responsibility and Inspection: unless otherwise specified in the order, the supplier is responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements and quality control.
