NCI Becton Dickinson Maintenances

Background
The National Cancer Institute (NCI), part of the National Institutes of Health (NIH), is seeking to procure maintenance and service for various Government-Owned Becton Dickinson and Company Flow Cytometer Equipment. This acquisition is intended to support ongoing cancer research and patient care efforts by ensuring that the flow cytometers used extensively in multiple CCR NCI CORE Flow Cytometry Facilities are properly maintained.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, and equipment necessary to maintain and provide preventive maintenance for the following Government-owned Becton Dickinson and Company equipment:

1) BD FACSymphony A5,
2) BD FACSymphony A3,
3) BD FACSymphony S6,
4) LSR Fortessa,
5) LSR Fortessa X-20,
6) FACSAria III,
7) FACSAria Fusion, and
8) FACSCanto II.

The maintenance services will include support for associated system components such as autoloaders and lasers. The contractor is required to ensure that all equipment operates efficiently to support cancer research activities.

Period of Performance
Base Period: July 2, 2026 - July 1, 2027; Option Period 1: July 2, 2027 - July 1, 2028; Option Period 2: July 2, 2028 - July 1, 2029; Option Period 3: July 2, 2029 - July 1, 2030.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various locations where the Government-Owned Becton Dickinson Flow Cytometer Equipment is situated.
