NCARISC Room Renovation

On behalf of the Military Intelligence Readiness Command, Army Contracting Command - New Jersey has a requirement for Construction Project, North Central Amy Reserve Intelligence Support Center (NCARISC) Training Room Renovation - Fort Sheridan, IL. The contractor shall provide personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the room renovation and network expansion as defined in this Specifications of Work (SOW) located at NCARISC 3155 Blackhawk Drive Room 217 Building 181, Fort Sheridan, IL 60037. SOW identified tasks consist but are not limited to providing as-built drawings of final construction; remove current desks and raised floor; remove light fixtures, track lighting, and right side door; install new floor box, carpet tile and cove base; patch and paint walls, doors and frames; install LED light fixtures and circuits; install all communications equipment; provide project schedule, drawings, reports.

Award was made on a Sole Source basis to 8(a) Small Business, Seneca Global Services, LLC.
