Background
This is a pre-solicitation notice for the National Cemetery Administration (NCA) North Atlantic District Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) Pool for construction services. The NCA will be soliciting offers for a Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract for construction services for the North Atlantic District (NAD) MATOC Pool. The solicitation will be conducted using Contracting by Negotiation procedures. This is a Service-Disabled Veterans Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside under Public Law 109-461.

Work Details
The NAD MATOC Pool will have a maximum collective ordering value of $23M over a base term five-year ordering period and a task order limit of $1M. Construction services required will be for NCA NAD Maintenance & Repair, Non-Recurring Maintenance, and mini-minor projects. All work performed under the NAD MATOC Pool will be within NAD geographic boundaries.

The construction projects will be performed within the North Atlantic District.
