Background
The solicitation is for NCA Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (MA-IDIQ) contracts for the Continental District. The National Cemetery Administration (NCA) is responsible for providing burial space in national cemeteries for Veterans and their eligible family members. The contract aims to support interior and exterior cemetery improvements and expansions for NCA Maintenance and Repair (M&R), Non-recurring Maintenance (NRM), and Mini-Minor (MM) construction projects within the CND geographic boundaries.

Work Details
The work includes construction services such as commercial building construction, civil engineering construction, and specialty trade construction services. It encompasses new work, additions, alterations, maintenance, repairs, reconstruction, and rehabilitation for cemetery buildings, structures, and grounds. The scope of work also covers tasks related to foundation repairs, masonry services, roofing services, exterior siding, gutter, downspout services, steel and iron work services, electrical services, plumbing, heating, air-conditioning, lawn sprinkler system services, interior wall/ceiling/insulation/painting/flooring services, site preparation services, asphalt/concrete paving/fencing services.

Period of Performance
The contract has a base five-year ordering period with an option for an additional five-year ordering period.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed within the Continental District geographic boundaries.
