NC-Mackay Island NWR-HVAC Replacement

Background

Work Details

Installation of New Air Conditioner: Install a new 2-ton Trane air conditioner on a new concrete pad, connect it to existing ductwork and electrical systems, ensure proper refrigerant charge and system pressure, and test the air conditioner for efficient operation. Additionally, the contractor must provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, and incidental items necessary for the completion of this work.
